« This cru being a member of the Sapros association, one will not be surprised to find the mark of botrytis in the bouquet and on the palate. Well built, expressive and concluding with a long finale with a touch of iodine, this wine will go well, served young, with a scampi and scallop brochette marinated in a saffron sauce. »
